Background

The group’s origins go back to 1929, when Aloyse Wagner, the grandfather of the current Aloyse, established an electrical contracting company called Paul Wagner. In 1947, Paul Wagner took over the business in Troisvierges. The company rapidly established its pedigree by offering innovative, superior quality solutions. The company got fresh impetus. Aloyse Wagner moved the business to Gasperich, a more central location with the best communications facilities available. The company, under the name of Paul Wagner , now easily covered the central and southern parts of the country, in addition to the north. Paul Wagner & Fils rapidly became a leader in the area of technical plant for the building trade.
